Can see the hotel try to achieve 4 star quality in a number of areas, and from my comparison with other hotels in the Avignon main street area before reservation, it is a bit more expensive than other hotel but end up the room facility and location is better and worth the difference.
I have 2 reservations, this one stay in superior room and is much larger than the standard room and cleaner. Surprised to see slipper available, which is very rare in hotels in Europe.

Bien situé un peu cher par rapport à la prestation
"Nous avons passé un bon séjour la location est bien placée néanmoins le chemin caillouteux pour y accéder est désagréable notre voiture n'était pas adaptée. Une fois sur place le jacuzzi est en travaux et même en option finalement l'annonce n'est pas claire je n'ai pas apprécié cette mauvaise surprise. ..."

"No air-condition ! no one to serve when check in, the city tax charge you 10 Euro only for a room night. located in a wasteland. There is no lights outside in the night time, kind of terrible.
