“Clean and quiet place with the accommodations I needed. Friendly and quick communications thru VRBO. 2 min. drive to restaurants, etc. Will stay again when I'm back out in Rifle. ”

Very lovely little space that could sleep a family. Very pleasant overall. Loved meeting puppies of other visiting guests. Though there were spider webs around baseboards and in the bathroom. We had to kill a black widow we found in the bathroom. Other than that, it was great. Would love to visit again. ”

“Unfortunately, our experience was a disaster from start to finish. We received no check-in info prior to arrival and couldn’t reach the host despite multiple calls and messages. We had to find a hotel at midnight. The next day, we finally got a response and were promised a refund for the first night. When we arrived at the Airstream, it was far from “brand new.” There was no running water or power to any of the plugs. I had to rig a hose myself just to get water. After one toilet flush, the……

“The grounds are fantastic. We used the firepit and saw 2 vultures in a tree in the back yard. The house is nice if a little dated. A lot of thought went into comfort including several window ac units, local activity suggestions, etc. The highway noise was very noticeable even in the back yard but easy to talk over without raising voices.”
