Why is it, when we on the first day told you that the TV in our room wasn't working, still no one does anything?

Try with a "Securityofficer" who told me he wasn't very skilled in technics, but - why send him?
Ended up without a TV in a Suite for 3 days? For real, in a junior suite and a normal TV in 2025?
The areas around the breakfast area ain't working.
You know how many people there are in the hotel, allthough the area is out of tables due to lack of cleaning (used tables), no coffee in the machines and only a few people to help?
