“The hotel is just next to railway station, airport shuttle bus just directly drop off next into it (although I used Uber). Restaurants & supermarket just around the hotel. Staff can speak good English, the staff Anna helped me to call the museum and make for the reservation. Even I had my Chernobyl tour in two days, they allowed me to storage my luggage in the hotel after I came back. I would recommend you to choose this hotel. “The staff were kind and provided detailed guidance. The facilities were good overall. However, I was not informed in advance that there would be a banquet when I went to the restaurant for a meal. Additionally, the noise from the neighboring room and the sound of doors closing were excessively loud, which disrupted my sleep. Specifically, I was woken up by the loud door-slamming noises from the neighboring guests between 12:30 AM and 1:40 AM. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. It seems……

“The hotel is right located in the downtown and extremely close to the Independence Square. Renovation is in 80’s Soviet style but cannot expect too much given that price. Room is clean however there were some insects or mosquitoes (which I am not sure) kept biting me at my last night of stay (Gates Closed with air-conditioner on). So I suspect there were some problem for the bed sheet. But still I would recommend this hotel for budget traveller.”

“Everything was ok, but there was some misinformation on check-in regarding balcony access. Also, there seems to be payment issues for foreigners (which I have not experienced elsewhere)... Other than that, all was ok. I'd say again if the need arises.”

“I stayed in the Luxury Apartment. Worth the money. The cafe is excellent and they prepare good food right on property. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop it’s easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. I’ll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. It’s quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey.”
