“I must say that I was not expecting what was advertised. It was better! Our balcony was literally over the crashing waves of the beach. The sunset is also right outside, not just seen from our private balcony but from the living room which is opened to the balcony. The private Jacuzzi was not heating because of the last tenant but it was too hot anyways and we just used it to cool off. The private rooftop view was amazing also. From sunrise over the mountains of Rincón to sunset to the west next……

The jacuzzi on the terrace overlooking the water was the perfect way to relax after a day full of excursions. Inside, the villa offered 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, plus an extra full cabana bathroom right on the terrace — super convenient! We truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely stay here again.”

“Perfect & magical location on the edge of the sea. Spectacular views of the sunset every night from multiple balconies and terraces. We enjoyed the rooftop pool (shared with other guests from other units). Owner was great. Housekeeping was helpful and kind. Would stay again!”

“The house was big enough for five people (3 adults 2 kids). The bedrooms were spacious and well furnished. The kitchen was stocked with coffee machine, dishes, etc. The dining room table was large enough for us to have dinner together a few nights during our stay. During the early morning and evenings there is passing work traffic but overall the area was quiet. The area was nice and local to many different spots. There was a local small restaurant about 6 minutes away called Los Gapo……

We cannot wait to rebook - we wont even look for a different rental. Perfect for all of our family members older teens and youngest 11yo and us adults. ¡Que bueno!”

“Location is fantastic. Host was very accessible. Unit looked like the pictures and was very clean. There was rain and the parking area flooded a bit and it was difficult to access the entry. This is our second stay at Cocoloba and we will be coming back again. ”
