“Excellent 4 night stay here. We booked a studio but we were upgraded to a suite which was super spacious and very clean. Great shower, fully equipped kitchen meant we could cook/eat in if we wanted, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, the works. Location is very convenient - 12 min walk from Piccadilly station where we came in to, and very close to Piccadilly Gardens for trams and buses. Also loads of shopping around the corner. There is construction work going on so a bit of noise from that……

“My family of 4 people enjoyed staying in this serviced apartment a lot as we loved the flat has plenty of space with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living and dining space and the open kitchen. We had no worries to prepare the meals, take shower, sleep and the room was quiet and cosy. There were also enough sockets around the entire flat to rechargre phone batteries while watching tv, sleeping and having meals. Also, we all had a good sleep for 3 nights! The location is great as it is really……

“I like the overall living environment. However it would be better if bellow can be improved: 1) “Clippers Quay” which is a quite big community with service apartments. It’s really hard for travelers to find the right place to check-in (get the keys) unless you call the house owner and wait for him sending staff to pick you up. In fact, the room is not located in the building which showed in Expedia intro photo (all the other way round…it makes traveller confused and inconvenienced especially……

"A 1970s office block converted into a hotel. Rooms are huge by UK standard, both the room and equipment are very clean. Staff is friendly and experienced. The main complaint would be the WiFi - averaging 100-500kb/s, which is slow even by 2010 standards. Certainly need a replacement. Elevators only stop on even floors, so you would need to walk 1/2 floor up or down to the 1F reception or room (uneven floor for me). Elevator is very fast and there are 3 of them, so no issues at all. The nearby Eccles Shopping Centre is being redeveloped, so it can get quiet at night. Large supermarket just opposite to the hotel. The Eccles town centre and train/tram station in around 5 minutes."

"This is my second stay at the same location, despite with a different brand. The location is very near the city centre, which gives you easy access to different spots around. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious. It has been a comfortable stay."
