The Hotel wasn’t bad at all, I think communication needs to be worked on. I would have made an error on my reservation, reached out to them, however didn’t get a respond until the day before I was leaving, which mean I would have already got there and figure it out. I also paid $87R a night to add the second person to my room, Paid the total up on arrival when I was checking out I was asked to pay it again, I had to explain to the person that that was already paid, so I’m not sure what happen there (Communication again), but I didn’t pay that. I asked for an iron because I was going on a tour and was running late, the gentleman at the front desk said the iron was coming up, A lady showed up at the door however and asked me for the cloths, I asked her for the iron, she said she’ll take care of it, I paid $50R for that service, wasn’t happy about that but I’m going to just leave it as a misunderstanding with communication… The staff seem friendly and helpful, the few that I came in contact with. So apart from the misunderstanding it wasn’t a bad place to stay. Now that I know what to respect I will stay there again. Felt safe and it was well kept, clean… I would say just make sure you understand, what’s been offered and communication is clear and you’ll be good.
