Very comfortable for a family of 4 with two older teens. It is so beautifully decorated and has everything you need. We spent many afternoons on the balcony sipping wine, people watching and gazing at the ocean. Nancy and her son, Tyler were great communicators. My son left his laptop there and Tyler picked it up for us and……

“Beautiful cozy home in a perfect location! Close enough to walk to the boardwalk but just far enough to enjoy peace and relaxation from the crowds. The views from the front deck are amazing, with the boardwalk lights across the water glowing at night while you enjoy the warm firepit & listen to sounds of the seals in the distance, surfers and otters in the bay, palm trees gently blowing in the warm breeze, all right across the street. “Beautiful rustic beach location ! Beach condo was great! 3 different levels with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Master bedroom did have an odor near bathroom but hopefully can be addressed. Home well stocked with lots of nice extras. Clubhouse has tennis, pickleball, swimming and hot tub. Very private and quiet area! We would definitely stay here again. Another chair or 2 by windows looking at beach would be great! We moved chairs from bedrooms to allow all to sit and watch the beautiful beach! ”
