“The house was big and wonderful. Stephen was very responsive and helpful. Because I travel with my dogs and the house is pet friendly, it would have been nice to know that the yard is NOT fenced. My dogs are fine but it might be an issue with others. Also there are about 5 dogs next door who barked and growled and jumped at the fence everytime we came outside. Just a bit annoying to sit outside and enjoy the big backyard. ”

“Everything was excellent except the communication between the Host and VRBO. I didn't have the VRBO app when I booked the property. The host submitted the checkin and out info to the VRBO app. The VRBO app did not forward it to me. I had to reach out to the host to get check in and out info personally. I booked the property through Expedia. She was so nice and accommodating. When I'm in town, I'll definitely look this up first.”

“Being asked 1.5 hours before checkin if we were going to have late night guests, pets, or additional guests staying. Lots of "do not" signs and a large security deposit that was held by VRBO for two weeks after our departure. Too much and too long for a one night stay that our three adult children and husband and I only needed so we could attend a family member's retirement party. Although the owner cleared us within a few days their contract with VRBO allowed my deposit to be held two weeks. In……
