“We had a wonderful time. The property needs a generator due to the constant power outages that affect both electricity and water supply. AC in the master bedroom did not work. The property manager and the caretakers were excellent. Very helpful and made our stay a pleasure. Chris Medina from Everything Under the Sun (http://underthesundr.com/) planned our activities. He was excellent. He was personally involved every step of the way and really took care of us.”

“The condo was only a few steps from a beautiful beach with a great ocean view from the balcony . It had all the amenities to make my 7 week a perfect vacation , a quiet area in the east end of Cabarete about a 30 minute walk to the main town , but several little grocery stores and small restaurants just a short walk away. There is a little bus that goes into town for only 50 pesos and comes by frequently or you could rent a car but beware of the crazy drivers here.(no road rules here ). Nice……

“Our holiday in paradise started with the hostess greeting us with a cake she had baked. It was very touching. Lovely condo, very clean and towels and linen provided. Our host also drove us to the grocery store twice, which was so helpful. At one point, we needed a toaster that worked. It took approximately five minutes to give us another one!
