"The first room assigned was below standard - not fully cleaned dustbin, noisy air conditioning and messy towels in the toilet. Therefore, I waited for another 30+ mins to wait for assigning me another room. Luckily, the second room assigned to me was great and the staff were helpful in general. But please remember to tidy up the rooms fully before the customers checking in."
