We had a nice seaview room with a balcony, where we could hear the sound of the sea against the rocks. The hotel has a full service restaurant. The only thing that detracted from our stay is that the hotel is currently cutoff from most of the town's restaurants and bars because the shore road is closed for construction.”

“Very charming hotel with a historic feel to it and an excellent location in Cerro Alegre right by the Victoria funicular on a pedestrian only strip (car drop off 2 minutes walk on Montt and Dimalow). The area can get noisy on Saturday night but is safe and the views from the hotel are breathtaking and worth the trip. The room was spacious, beautiful and clean, the bed very comfortable. The bathroom equipment and towels showed their age but everything was clean and functional (wait a minute or so……
