“Nice place, great location. I can’t speak to the inside, courtyard rooms, but the outside rooms are very noisy. Street noise, guest leaving at 6:30 am on Harleys noisy. A microwave in the rooms would be great for reheating leftovers. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.”

“The grass needed mowed. The house was clean it could use a toaster food strain and the light underneath the water in the pool was floating in the water with wires. The wires were connected though. There was some inside ceiling issues but no leaked due to hurricane. But for the price in all it was nice. ”

“House is located between a busy commercial area and high-end homes near Edison Estate within 1.5 miles of downtown Ft Myers which was our main reason for coming. Traveling with a dog, a fenced in yard was a necessity since i have mobility issues preventing me from walking. Unfortunately, the fenced in yard was all rock. Not a place for her to even lie down.. “This house is on a nice quiet dead end street so not a ton of traffic. The house is very close to all you need to enjoy Cape Coral. They have bikes you can use, walk, or rent a street legal golf cart like we did. The hot tub is a bonus as not all rentals have the luxury of having one.
