Central heat and ac inside did not work after first day. It was super cold in the evening and mornings so we had to bundle up, we had family staying down the street in another lot, we likely would have left a couple days early if not. We paid a lot for 5 days and it not being fixed, we had a portable heater dropped off but it kept tripping the circuit so we had to just bundle up tent style. The house concept was cool and unique and the decor was great but it just wasn’t up to par for the price paid. The house was quite Dusty and dead ants on dishes so I rewashed all dishes in house and dusted everything
The backyard was also in need of at minimum a leaf blow, we cleaned the grill for an hour before using it. We come to river ranch a few times a year and we’re disappointed with the accommodations this stay
