“Staff are friendly, good location and convenience to airport with shuttle. Only one thing which is not enough is the water pressure not strong enough during bath.”

“We stayed on the 30th floor. The elevators worked great, parking was easy even with construction going on around the hotel, and the ESPN restaurant was our favorite. As far as gambling goes, we did not win but had a good time. ”

“Solid team on the desk. They absolutely worked with me as I made a mistake in my booking. Hell, the housekeeping staff even jumped in to relay messages to the desk when they discovered the problem. I can’t say enough good things about the employees. ”

“The hotel staff was welcoming, very friendly and helpful. We were met with smiles every time we walked through the front desk area. The bathroom in our room was rather small - the door into the bathroom hit the front of the toilet, which was unfortunate. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable, however the pillows were "tired - lumpy", could use new ones? We got into the pool once, it was lovely. The apparatus that is used to assist folks into/out of the pool appeared to have electrical……
