“I really enjoyed this hotel. Everything was clean and the service was excellent. I did stop by breakfast a couple of times, and everything was good. The one down fall there was was the wifi. Apparently if you stay on an upper floor the wifi does not work that well. I was on floor three. If you need to get work done while there I would suggest getting a lower floor. ”

“Stayed here during a busy weekend, with much nicer accommodations being fully booked. I will say, despite it being a lower priced and, in theory, a lower value property, the Motel West was actually a pleasant place to stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, very helpful, and the bathroom in our room appeared to have been recently remodeled. Sure, the microwave in the room was small, as well as the TV, but we spent so little time in the room that it was not a big deal, and for what you pay,……

“We were passing through Bend on a long road trip and needed a place to rest for the night. We had some car trouble which caused us to arrive past the 12:00 am check-in requirement. We phoned ahead and the desk added a note to our reservation so that it wouldn’t be cancelled. Check-in went swiftly and both evening and morning staff were great.”
