“It’s nothing like the pictures!! Do not stay here!! I have picture proof of how disgusting everything was. Typically I can be the person to just ride the wave and not be difficult, but there was no way me or my family could stay here. It wasn’t livable. The toilet wasn’t usable, the biggest tent was completely collapsed to the ground, and the other tents were full of bugs! There was no hot tube, or pool. The list goes on. Worst part, the owner isn’t the owner, but leases it??? The daughter lives……

“Id give it a try again, the issue was more the property management vs. Sonder. Sonder Team was great and good at communication. The property/building itself was nice, but the garage door was broken, the divider wall on our patio was broken. The garage door issue was a lot of stress upon arrival after a full day of travel. Also, very basic toiletries but no handsoap in the entire unit? Weird and inconvenient.”
