“Overall good however, wind whistled horribly through front door, winter would be cold. There wasn’t foil or anything like that so wasn’t prepared for that and for 3 days wouldn’t want to purchase those things. However, it was very clean. I appreciated that a lot. Property manager got right back to us on 2 questions and replaced coffee pot asap ”

“ My family and I have never stayed nor rented a VRBO so we browsed the internet and came across Paula and Bruce’s Condo for our mini vacation for the lanterns festival in mesquite, Nv. When we arrived at the property it was in a great location. The condo itself was set up as if you were in your own home, it was very clean, the decor was very nice to see. We wouldn’t imagine staying anywhere else in the future. Any questions we had or concerns “as it was our first ever stay in a VRBO ” Paula……

“Easy getting in. Welcoming atmosphere and couldn't be any cleaner. Quiet and comfortable.Both bedrooms are master suites so perfect for a couple of friends. Pool, hot tub, and clubhouse with gym close.Couldn't ask for anything more. Thanks for making the weekend golf trip better than expected.”

“Another fabulous time. We started using this place about 10 years ago. Great location for the kids to go down to the park or just sit on the porch and enjoy the views. Nice and cozy location. Always a pleasure speaking with the owner. She is so nice and helpful. Her cleaning staff also does a wonderful job and are also very helpful when needed. Thank you and we'll be seeing you again in a couple years if not sooner.”

“No garbage bags for the kitchen. Shower head on main floor bath is terrible. You had pics of a BBQ but it’s at a park that isn’t even part of the property. ”

“This is a nice property in Mesquite, NV. It has everything you'll need for a quiet comfortable stay. I truly enjoyed my time there and will look to try and book this place in the future.”

“We had a difficult time figuring out where to park the car so we could roll our luggage to the door on the sidewalk. Thankfully our 24 y.o. son was young enough to walk the rocks. Other than that little glitch we took time to visit the pool, eat at the casino, as well as relax at the condo before heading to Las Vegas to fly back to MN. My husband, who works in the pool industry, would never even think about entering another pool that he has no control over— he entered the pool and hot tub! Huge……

“This place is perfect if you are staying to play golf in this area. Tons of room, very comfortable beds, great living area, and the deck is perfect to hang and watch golfers play hole 1. You do share the deck with the other units on this floor, and the outdoor chairs could be upgraded, but our neighbors were cool and hung out with us. I would definitely stay here next year when we come back.”
