We checked in late night. The next day our stuff was bagged up and we got downgraded to a handicap room that smelled horrible. The staff was unprofessional and a HUGE inconvenience.

The Hotel had a foul smell in the hallways and stairwells. It was loud and noisy and Was woken up at 1:30am with music coming from room next door. Staff appeared to be short handed. Do not recommend this hotel.

I had the worst experience yet. They’ve allowed these room to all be pet friendly. I pr payed for room and walked into the room and all I could smell was dog. I then asked for another room, the second as well smelled like dog. I went downstairs to request a clean not smelling room. Receptionist said that she had three more rooms to look at for me that were available. Upon her return she said there was not one that wasn’t bad. I said ok and as soon as I walked in that room also smelled. This time I had no other options but to keep it. Being they are long stay rooms, the sofa was torn and you can tell someone was sitting on it for months being it was so worn out with cracked leather seats. I asked for a sheet to cover it.
I also went down the street to stater Bros to get my own cleaning supplies and candles for the smell. I cleaned the floors and restroom myself. After spraying floors down with bleach, a sheet to cover sofa and utilizing candles it wasn’t so bad
anymore.
The next day I requested extra towels and that was a problem receptionist said being it was the weekend, said I wasn’t supposed to request extras because there stock is low and no one washes towels over the weekend.
Over all it was a bad experience for me and never again will I stay at this hotel.

Parking is easy, staff was friendly. Room was clean.
TV kept shutting off, wifi didn't work. Im guessing thats why they want you to pay for the upgrade.

We checked in really late. However the staff who was there was really friendly. Since we checked in during audit time, my card was unable to be processed. So she provided me with three room key cards. When we got to the room, it was quite spacious. Barely any amenities though. The floor was sticky on some areas. Thankfully I brought slippers for everyone. The chairs were damaged from previous guests. The blinds were broken too. The rest works fine. Breakfast was quick grab and go items. We were able to do late check out at noon. When the trip was done, I checked my bank account and was charged multiple times. Twice by the hotel (one was refunded) and another by The Expedia. I was able to contact Expedia and got the one charged by them refunded. It was the more expensive one btw. Yay!! Thank you, Expedia!!
