“This place was perfect for a larger group of family and friends. Lots of privacy and a short drive to the beach. The property itself had wonderful amenities-especially the pool and fire pit table! Very family friendly and easy communication with the host!”

“Cottage was beautifully updated and very comfortable. We were disappointed with the beach access. We knew there were stairs but not very easy for some of us. The other beaches nearby were similar with no beach parking and we didn’t have beach passes. However, we did have a great time with many things to do nearby. Suggestion: ski lift…lol Thank you. .”

“Santo's cottage is cute, close to the water and has everything you could need in it. My stay was short in that I was only there for a night but Santo is a great communicator and made my stay easy. To top it off Meow is the cat's MEOW!!! I will be back next year to get some fly fishing in. Thank you!!”

“The house was able to comfortably accommodate my large group of family and friends. We all loved the diner for breakfasts and eating together, and the game room was a huge hit! Host was very responsive - had some difficulty locating the garbage area but was able to find it! All the games were on and accessible, and the cable tv was great. The pool is nice and large, though the weather wasn’t that great during my visit (a bit chilly). Loved the pickleball court. Only small downside was cellular……

“Overall, we had a terrific time at the house. Thank-you so much Andres for sharing your home with us. Getting there, checking in, all simple and easy. House was very well stocked. There was plenty of room for the eight of us. The beds were all comfortable. The deck was delightful. A couple of minor things that we had happen, or noticed that might want to be addressed. Given the house is controlled by Alexa, some detailed instructions as to how to work with "her" might be a good idea for……

“a little hard to find: hint, look for the address on the garbage cans, because the addresses get a bit wonky further down the block, but this is a lovely spot on the north shore if all you're looking for is a clean bed on a quiet street, and the two bedrooms are so much better for friends or families than would be two rooms in the hotel by the highway -- oh, and there's a nice bagel place just north of the Starbucks on the corner of 25A”
