When I tried to check in, I was told that they were overbooked and they did not have the king room I had reserved. They blamed it on Expedia, but the hotel made no attempt to let me know that there was no king room available. There was no rack to hold a suitcase, no facial tissues in the room, no ice bucket or plastic cups, no grab bar in the shower, only one "comfortable" chair in the room. The power went out in the night and my hearing aids did not get charged because there was no power. I certainly will never stay there again!
