I planned and took my mother with her walker there, and found out that the rental is upstairs floor with 14 narrow steps to climb up. I did not know it was a floor up with that many steps. I had to leave from the rental immediately with mom and her walker. I messaged the owner and explained - that I left and did not use or stay there. She said she has……
