“Lovely stay in Casita number three. Prompt responses from the hosts when we had questions. Other guests super friendly, great location out of the busy little town but still walkable our room didn’t have a view, but we loved sitting out on the patio in the morning and having coffee. ”

“We would prefer a small table & chairs,stools are to high & uncomfortable for eating .Hot water at the kitchen sink,other places we stayed had hot water at kitchen & long stays cleaning services should be free once a week..We were there 3 weeks. Our stay was wonderful @ the Casa Makawe in the large king bedroom with large front balcony very clean. Would definitely recommend a stay @ the Casa Makawe.. ”

“Cool little spot firther from any amenities than I anticipated. Las Islitas was a 10min drive and very cool place to hang out. The beach at Kavala was pretty good, a bit less swimmable/beach vibe than expected but great for walking up and down at sunset. Overall nice stay, just a bit of a small isolated vibe. Enjoyed the pool too, though its quite small.”

“The property was very nice. We loved the location. It was a quick walk to get groceries, eat at many different restaurants, and close to the beach.”

“The property, to no fault of their own, was very noisy due to construction directly across the street which meant we could not enjoy the pool. The manager was not around a lot, I had a complaint about people in the pool after midnight, they were smoking and drinking until after 1am but the manager was not around to tell. I would stay there again, but I would google map the area to see where the construction was taking place.”

“The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed at for 5 days was spacious with a big kitchen, fully equipped with a microwave, oven, coffee maker, dishes. It also had 2 large terraces for lounging and entertaining and a huge king sized bed in each bedroom with its own full shower and a washer/dryer. Everything you could ask for plus a living room and kitchen table. We loved it. We stayed at "Casa Mini"”

“This is good property with walking distance to beach. However, It is not ideal for people with disabilities as you have to take a few steps to the first floor and then walk down a street that is relatively steep. They were great with communication. If you need to purchase grocery just ask staff and they will assist. Restaurants were located about 10 minutes away. ”

“We had a wonderful vacation in this condo! It was nice being directly on the beautiful beach, to watch the whales and my kids surf the break directly out front of the property. The golf cart was also a blast to drive around town and beach clubs- our family of 5 fit perfectly. The beach club memberships were key to so much of our fun. The only thing I wish I would've known before arriving is that it's actually a 3 bedroom condo. The 4th room is really only a bonus room if you need an additional……
