“渡假村的環境規劃很不錯，我們當日沒特別計畫時，會帶著手機在渡假村內各角落閒晃拍照，或是玩附設的水上設施，然後慵懶地躺在沙灘躺椅上。 服務員都很熱情且親切，當我們提出需求時能很快被滿足，甚至我們因班機時間的關係提早到達，也協助我們盡快入住，並由會說中文的人員為我們介紹環境。 渡假村有自己的專屬app，上面會列出最近將要舉辦的活動，成人或小孩都有，不用擔心在渡假村會無聊。 早餐是buffet形式，選擇很多也都很好吃，但缺點是有時候蜜蜂會在身邊飛，有時會看到鳥站在沒蓋著布的麵包上。午餐的餐廳我們吃過4間都很推薦，但也都不便宜。”

“The Lux Grand Baie is a beautiful property, service was fantastic except by the main pool, service is lacking by the pool a little. Breakfast is amazing lots of options and great quality food. The beach is beautiful and well maintained. The spa - WOW it was amazing highly recommend. The pool was great had 3 options everything well spaced out so didn’t feel overcrowded. “Hotel feels more like a 5* in many ways. Especially enjoyed the ‘quiet area’ pools and the a la carte restaurants. Only thing I would change is so many people smoking in public areas/beach.”

“Es war ein ganz toller Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Der Service war unschlagbar gut, alleine der Empfang schon mit Begrüßungsdrink und Erfrischungstuch. Dann wird man im Hotel herumgeführt. Das Essen war super und sehr abwechslungsreich, die Sauberkeit war top, der Zimmerservice war zweimal täglich da. Es werden kostenlose Aktivitäten, wie z. B. Schnorcheln anboten. Auch abends an der Bar war es super schön, die Cocktails waren top und es war immer Live-Musik da. Ganz toller Aufenthalt. ”
