“Very poor experience - asked for iron for clothes, they provided partially damaged one and full of dirt. I cleaned the iron using the small towel in the room and was asked to pay for the towel as it had more than normal dirt!! Hotel claimed that damaged which was not the case but did not accepted their fault of handing a dirt accumulated iron which if not cleaned would have left my shirt non usabale for the day!!! ”

“The flat was quite big (3 bedrooms) and well furnished with modern items. The kitchen was really nice and massive. The living room was lovely. There are shopping and coffee options within 10min walk. Overall great value for money. However, few things the team could work on: - WIFI: Horrible. I don't understand as there is a big router in the middle of the living room. - There was nice cabinets to put clothes and items but no hangers. - There was a nice wash machine but no item to hang the……
