“This is a lovely property connected to the Hotel Antico Vicenza. Spacious, clean, steps from the Pallazo, great shopping and restaurants. The staff at the hotel are just delightful and really go out of their way to be helpful. We were traveling with small children and the apartment was easily childproofed, building and courtyard safe and elevator modern and in working order.”

“Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Große Wohnung, passt genau zur Beschreibung. Vermieter war sehr nett, leider selbst nicht da ( nur telefonisch erreichbar). Check in ging über Familienmitglied. Super nett nur Verständigung war schwierig.”

“Wir waren hier mit zwei Erwachsenen und 3 Jugendlichen um an einer Sportveranstaltung teilzunehmen. Die Ferienwohnung ist zweckmäßig und war für unsere Bedürfnisse ausreichend. Zur Info es gibt jedoch kein WLAN und mobiler Datenempfang ist sehr schlecht. Nur im Badezimmer und am ersten Fenster der Küche hat man einigermaßen Internet.
Sauberkeit ist ok, allerdings sollte man das Geschirr teilweise vor der Nutzung nochmal abwaschen, da nicht alles sauber war. Bettlaken hatten teilweise auch……

“We enjoyed four days „away from it all“ at Serena‘s apartment. We felt very welcomed (a delicious cake was waiting for us!) and at home immediately. The apartment is decorated in a very friendly and loving way with many pretty details. Sitting on the balcony enjoying the wonderful view was beautiful. Serena is a great host! She was always reachable and very helpful.”
