When I first arrived at the time of check in, the lobby was full of customers and luggage waiting for their rooms. No one seemed happy. I sat with the others in the common area for at least an hour if not longer to finally be told my room was ready. It was hot in there. A staff member could have adjusted the air conditioner to make everyone more comfortable while we waited. Everyone was fanning themselves. Children crying. The man at the desk was polite and nice. He was very welcoming. This was 5/11 around 3pm. Now the next morning, I get up and go down to have breakfast, the cleaning staff and I’m not sure who else was all standing around speaking Spanish, laughing, staring at the customers eating. Some of them even grabbed food and sat down and ate too. I went to grab some food and the biscuits were hard as a rock! I picked one up and even tapped it on the table. It was rock solid! So I grabbed a different one, same thing. I throw them in the trash. I grabbed an egg and the egg was fried, I took one bite and it tasted as if it was made 3 days ago. That went in the trash too. I grabbed my bags and just left deciding to go and eat breakfast elsewhere. When I went up to the reception desk to turn in my room keys 5/12 the woman behind the desk was on her personal phone, No good morning, no thank you for coming, nothing. I set my keys on the counter and she didn’t even get up, she didn’t even look at me until I walked past her and then she lifted her head. Terrible service.
