“Overall, the staff was very pleasant and courteous. I had an enjoyable experience. The property is gorgeous. However, upon arriving, the evening supervisor, named Patricia, was very sarcastic, indifferent, and rude. She was unwilling to make accommodations for my group, which consisted of my cousin, my one-year old son, and me. She blamed Expedia for the miscommunication and did not try to fix the problem. When looking for a resort in Roatan, I specifically looked for a family-friendly resort.……

“This hotel is in the prime area of West Beach! We chose it, because it was a little cheaper than the others in the same area. The beach access is amazing, staff are extremely helpful and we loved the beach restaurant and bar. The rooms are a little outdated, but very clean. The pool was somewhat of a bummer- much smaller and older looking than most of the surrounding area pools. The breakfast package we had included in our stay was also a nice additional benefit, but some mornings the breakfast……
