Our guests have access to our patios, pool, outdoor shower, BBQ, kayaks, snorkel gear, hammocks, swings, lounge chairs, and of course, the white sand beach right outside your door. Our staff is available 24/7 to assist you and we offer on-site laundry services for a small fee.

HOUSE RULES
We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.
1. No un-authorized parties or gatherings.
2. No smoking allowed inside.
3. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
4. Pets are allowed and we are very Pet Friendly. Please inform us in advance if you will be bringing any pets along with you. There is a Pet Fee of $100 per Stay (up to 2 pets with pre approval)
5. No unregistered guests allowed.
6. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms, other than water.
7. Please respect the noise curfew and keep loud noises to a minimum from 9pm through 9am
8. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
9. Please take care of the furnishings, no pets allowed on sofas or beds.
10. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
11. Please load the dishwasher and start the cleaning cycle upon your departure, or wash any used dishes.
12. Place all garbage in receptacles.
13. Please be aware that we have security cameras in our outdoor areas.
