“The staff were so nice and helpful. The rooms very clean and comfy but only work for two people. The free breakfast was excellent healthy and plentiful. The beauty of the beach and waterfront just gorgeous. Felt very safe. I would definitely stay at this facility again. Wonderful people there. ”

“Elana and Chantel were BRILLIANT; so welcoming and helpful. The freshly prepared and cooked breakfasts wonderful. The property itself is not for the faint hearted! We knew it was at the top of a hill but did not appreciate the severity of the drive leading to it - no Uber drivers would attempt it, meaning a challenging walk back up after dinner, definitely not a place for heels! Once up the drive, there were also a lot of stairs in the property; up to the main floor, up again for breakfast.……

“Beautiful stay.”

“Cannot stress enough how UNBELIEVABLY friendly AND efficient owner Eddie is...he replied instantly to my WhatsApp after 5pm, was involved, helpful and polite and answered every question without bitterness, resentment or impatience. This is a FAR cry from what passes for "customer so-called service" in this city. But my best part was seeing him outside the venue on arrival..he was waiting for my Uber!! And he didn't flinch to help with luggage...room was perfectly acceptable with a fan(yay!),……

“Derwent house made everything right to make our honeymoon as enjoyable as possible. Never seen a hotel go the extra mile in the same way. Could actually never have imagined a hotel could have this level of service. Even when I ordered a breakfast item outside of the menu they 100% delivered and went the extra mile to decorate it beautifully and add some toppings. Also loved the 24/7 jacuzzi and the friendliness of everyone. ”

“住了三个晚上，非常舒适。酒店服务员很热情服务态度比我之前住的喜来登好很多。附近很安全，正门口就是警察局。是我们在南非晚上出来闲逛不用担心的地方。这里毕竟是开普敦富人区，管理的很好。酒店背靠十二门徒峰，右边可以看到狮子头山。酒店出口第一个交叉口上山5分钟就能到桌山。小遗憾就是，虽然冰箱天天免费提供吃喝的但早餐得自己做哈，而且天天一样的早餐有点郁闷。”
