“The location of this cabin is amazing. It is within 15 minutes of Hastings, Prescott and Afton but feels far out in the country. You can see the beautiful St Croix River through the windows and there is easy access to Afton State Park a 1/4 mile down the road. The cabin itself is quaint without many frills but has everything that is needed and the beds were very comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for the week to have a time of silence and solitude.”

“Jane's place had plenty of room for us to visit. We stayed here for our high school girls get together. We sat on the deck to catch up with each other. The dining room table was the perfect spot to play cards! There are plenty of beds. The home has beautiful wood work and furnishings. We took a walk down to the beach to watch the sunset! So glad we found this rental!”

“Property was as advertised and perfect for our group of 4 couples; 4 private rooms bathrooms and plenty of space to hangout. We went to a concert at Treasure Island and this location was a great spot to stay.”

“Lovely property in a really cool historic building! Host was communicative and very helpful during scheduling and check-in. Thoughtful touches like a blanket in the living room and ear plugs on the nightstand, very comfortable couches and beds. Main St was much louder Friday and Saturday nights than we expected for a winter weekend, so keep that in mind if you're sensitive to noise when sleeping. Overall, a great experience!”

The location was super convenient to downtown, and the hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond, especially when I needed to adjust my stay. “We were in Stillwater for my son's wedding. The moment we stepped into this charming home, we were in love. The place is wonderfully eclectic and very cozy. The bedrooms were decked out with tubs and fireplaces, and the beds were very comfortable. The place was immaculately clean, and when we had a question, the manager responded quickly. I'm sure this place is a blast in the summer when you can use the pool. We would definitely come here again or recommend this house.”
