“We had a wonderful weekend getaway at this beautiful cottage in Port Albert with my wife and our dog. The property was exactly as described cosy, clean and full of thoughtful touches like shampoo, body wash and kitchen condiments that made us feel right at home. Our dog absolutely loved the secure yard, and we really enjoyed the nearby dog-friendly walks and beaches. It was the perfect spot for a bit of R&R. The owner/manager was super responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommend this……

“Stayed here with my partner and our parents. The views were absolutely incredible, couldn’t ask for better. Communication was excellent and check-in and out was super easy. The room layout was a little difficult with three adult couples with two rooms accessible by the one door. Wouldn’t recommend this for those who need their privacy. The place was clean though a few hairs and bits floating about. The listing isn’t lying about the flies - they’ll try to get you! We couldn’t really sit outside……

“The hosts are super nice, friendly and helpful. They helped us making borfires and provided important information for the local area. The property itself is REALLY tiny, to a point its hard to spend any time inside except for sleeping. It is also expensive comparing to other accommondations”

“We recently stayed at Hampton Cottage with our two children. We had never visited Port Albert and it did not disappoint! Hampton Cottage is so cosy and perfectly kept. The beds are comfortable and the Cottage is so clean. The location is in easy walking distance to everything. The Fish & Chip shop and Italian restaurants were great. For things to do in and around we visited Agnes Falls, South Gippsland Tank Adventures and had fun fishing with the kids. Hampton Cottage was a perfect, quiet family……
