“My friend, I & great nephew 13yrs enjoyed a very comfortable stay at this property. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated though the white furniture could do with a lick of paint. Having both a bath & a shower was great. Kitchen was well equipped , clean & a welcome pack was left for us. However the kitchen itself could do with being modernised . Lounge was very comfortable & bright. Lots of nice pictures & ornaments around the house which made it welcoming. The entrance flooring could do……

“Lighthouse was absolutely perfect for a group pf x 3 friends to enjoy time together. What`s not to like about sea views, coastal walking and glorious sunshine ? Internally the lighthouse is tastefully themed all things "sea", comfortable and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Fabulous.”

“The cottage is stunning and the location is perfect for what we needed. The separate chalet with one of the double rooms was useful for this as it meant my parents didn't have to manage lots of stairs.Its a 20 minute walk outside of Whitby (mostly downhill after a sharp uphill, remember that on the way back!) and that walk is very picturesque with some great views across the countryside.Currently the narrow lane alongside the cottage is closed to vehicles, which if anything is a good thing as……

“Nice and easy check in ...the lady on reception was very helpful and friendly...the room was a large apartment and very clean and a high standard enough tea and coffee for your stay ... fresh cakes on arrival and a small bottle of milk ....swimming pool was nice...small but very child friendly.... They were upgrading the bar so couldn't use that which aasnt a problem We would definitely use again”

“The apartment was very well fitted out, the staff were lovely very helpful, it is a little far from town and took us a while to find the local supermarket, maybe some instructions on how to work the job and parking was an issue, we went out for the day and had to park quite a walk away, but on the whole we loved it and were very comfortable 😊”
