“This is an excellent location! The property is ultra clean and centrally located to many shops, restaurants and the Magnolia Silos. Communication with the Property Manager was also 10/10.A note for light sleepers: The renters/owners of the unit above are loud! From running, stomping, moving furniture around, you can hear everything. Also, there is a drainage line that runs thru the ceiling of this property.
