“Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche mit Freunden und unseren Kindern im Haus von Giorgio. Das Haus liegt wunderschön umgeben von Olivenbäumen mit einem traumhaften Ausblick auf die umliegede Landschaft. Es hat einen wunderbaren Flair und ist super ausgestattet. Der Pool bietet eine herrliche Abkühlung und wir hatten wunderbare Abende auf der schönen Terasse. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und die Kommunikation war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Danke, dass wir unseren Urlaub hier verbringen……

“Wir hatten wundervolle Ferien in diesem liebevoll und authentisch eingerichtetem Haus. Es ist noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Wer die Ruhe und die Natur sucht, ist hier genau richtig. An den abenteuerlichen Weg zum Haus hatten wir uns schnell gewöhnt, auch ein kleiner Fußmarsch (ca 35 Minuten) in die Bar im Ort ist möglich und lohnt sich. Das Haus hat alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt, die Küche verfügt über alle nötigen Utensilien, sogar das Gewürzregal war gefüllt. Wir……

“Our family made this beautiful property “home base” while visiting Rome. Views are tremendous. Hosts are very communicative and left us a wonderful welcome gift. Car rental from Termini to property 45 mins (but plan on an hour + with traffic when returning). Quick drive to the nearby town for any provisions. To get to and from Rome, we drove to the train station (Piana Bella Di Montelibretti), about 20 minutes away and parked the car for ease of travel within Rome on the Metro. Train ride is……

“We had fantastic three days at Carmine's. The house is truly spectacular, it must be like staying with Hagrid from Harry Potter. The place was full of old curiosities and had an exciting atmosphere. Plenty of space for a family of 5 with teenagers. Good beds, clean and tidy. We recommend this house to everyone who wants to go away from the busy life and enjoy the nature. ”

The views are amazing and can be admired from the pool and other outside spaces. The host was extremely helpful and available to answer any questions or queries. “L'Host ha prima accettato la prenotazione ed il relativo pagamento (dal 14 al 16 agosto) senza rispondere ad email e telefonate circa la posizione della struttura num civico. Solo il giorno prima dopo moltissime insistenze ed aver contattato il servizio clienti sono riuscito mioalgrado a mettermi in contatto telefonico. Una maleducazione e suppone za senza precedenti, NON ha permesso il soggiorno dicendo che la struttura era già occupata da altre persone e con altro operato. Parliamo del 14……

“First European trip in a while. 6 of us. Lovely location very peaceful. Well appointed villa with tasteful decoration. Fantastic pool and views. The climate control in the villa is amazing and a very welcome break from the midday heat. We had 3 day trips into Rome for sightseeing and Gelato. We had a fantastic time. Paolo and Lucia kindly Brought us a Lasagne one evening. Sorry to have to leave.”
