This is our second time staying at this hotel. We returned because the beds were incredibly comfortable. No springs digging into your back all night, plenty of pillows are provided and if you’re sharing a bed you won’t be up all night hearing/feeling your partner toss and turn.
We come down for Mayo and it’s conveniently located nearby with easy and quick travel to all the different locations we tend to frequent. It’s also conveniently located nearby some good restaurants.
I am currently reliant on a wheelchair. We booked a handicap accessible room. The room and bathroom amenities did meet my needs well. The only complaint is the entrance from the parking lot is a tight squeeze with a wheelchair and the front desk is quite tall so without help, you can’t use the credit card machines or have a proper conversation with the front desk personnel.
The breakfast leaves something to be desired. No hot options, just some stale pastries, cereal, yogurt, etc.
All of our interactions with staff were pleasant enough. They weren’t overly cheerful but did not ignore us either. Check in process was quick which I appreciate after our long 9 hour drive.
Overall, we enjoy staying here and will return.
