This 1-king bedroom apartment is tucked away in the historic Corn Hill neighborhood close to Downtown Rochester. The apartment is on the second floor with stair only access. One bedroom with King bed and a walk-in closet. One bathroom with in-unit washer and dryer. Full kitchen with pantry, dishwasher and disposal.
You'll have access to the whole apartment. The building has two apartments in total with quiet and respectful neighbors.
We are available to answer your questions via messages through the Airbnb website or app between 8AM and 11PM. We provide you with our phone number on the day of check-in and will answer calls at night for more emergent issues.
Located on the banks of the Genesee River, Corn Hill is considered the oldest residential neighborhood in Rochester. This area is rich with culture, offering beautiful parks, shops, and scenic historic architecture. Separated from the city by I-490, this neighborhood is on the edge of all the most popular spots in the city and provides an easy commute to any part of the Greater Rochester Area.
There is easy walking access to all of the Corn Hill neighborhood, as well as central downtown. A free parking space is provided just outside the apartment entrance a with an easy to commute around the area by motor vehicle. Of note: The parking lot entrance is on a one-way street.
It is important to note that, due to the historic nature of this property, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the building or anywhere on the property. If guests wish to smoke/vape, they may do so on the sidewalks off the premises.
Our goal is to ensure that you have an incredibly comfortable and safe stay. To do so, please follow these house rules:
Times:
- Standard check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. Due to the fact that we operate & clean our own units with a full schedule every day, we can not offer early check-in or late check-out. We need the time to ensure each stay is perfect for our guests.
Parties & Noise:
- Party’s are forbidden.
- Quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM.
- A sound meter will alert us to loud noise and parties.
Cleanliness:
- No smoking, vaping, candles or incense.
- Please treat the apartment as your own. We take great care to keep it clean.
- For long-term stays, we offer turn-over cleaning services every 2 weeks at the request of the guest. We will not enter your space without your approval.
Issues & Complaints:
- We will check on the apartment once a month for long-term stays. We will not enter your space without communication.
- Any issues with your stay must be communicated to us within 2 hours after check in. This provides us the opportunity to fix the issue. If not communicated then you forfeit your right to any refund.
If any of these rules are broken extra charges may be issued.
