Enjoy a clean 3-bedroom ranch home in quiet family neighborhood near Silver Lake Park. The pleasant mid century modern house features first floor living just four steps in, with an optional portable ramp. Conveniently located, about eight minutes drive from Mayo Clinic, Civic Center and Downtown Rochester and a short walk to Silver Lake and Quarry Hill Nature preserve. You'll have easy access to Mayo and the city's top attractions, entertainment and activities from a quant, safe neighborhood.

Relax at home and enjoy all the comforts with WiFi and two google smart TV's. Prepare meals in the proper kitchen, equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils.
Unwind in the comfortable living room, or challenge your family to a game of ping pong or many board and card games. Curl up in the plush reclyner with a good book and let the little ones explore the toys and games catered just for them. Find fresh air and relaxation on the three season porch anytime of day. Appreciate full accommodations with 1.5 bathrooms, plush towels, and essential toiletries. The main floor bathroom features a walk in shower with integral seat and optional portable tub. The home was perfect for our family siblings get together. We are all senior citizens and appreciated everything was so very clean & perfect for the 5 of us. Colette was very responsive & even provided an out door grill when we inquired if there was one. It was an extremely quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed a walk around the lake which was so close. Everything you could possibly need and more was there for your use. Colette was amazing and responded quickly to emails. Playroom for children was well stocked and sun room was a bonus. The home was immaculate! We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. All of the extras around the house was very thoughtful. The kitchen had every utensil we would have needed to cook anything.The livingroom was very comfortable with more than enough furniture for a family, there was only 2 of us. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. We had good night sleeps every night. The adjustable bed was very nice!We had fun playing ping pong even though my husband cheats and won every game.The flower pots outside were beautiful. Such a nice touch.We come to Mayos frequently and we will definitely check for availability. Thank you Colette for making this stay so comfortable.

Most organized stay ever

The house is exactly as advertised. The rooms were comfortable. My in-laws prepared a nice family meal in the kitchen. Everything is well organized and labeled. The appliances all worked and everything was set to go. Lots of nice little extra (e.g., an umbrella for a rainy day).The house is a short drive to Mayo, in a nice neighborhood.The owner is very responsive.

Great stay in Rochester!

This home was just what we needed. It is in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to Mayo facilities as well as a sweet neighborhood park for walking. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could ask for. The beds were comfortable and the house was easy to negotiate for someone using a walker. The host was very attentive and answered all questions quickly. The lower level includes a nice playspace for young children. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Mom’s House

Such a wondrous find. In town with my own near octogenarian mother for tests at the Mayo, she had absolutely no problems cruising around this absolutely gorgeous home with her walker. Space galore!! She was sure to point out the pinch pleated drapes and sheers, the original hardwoods, and the absolute down home feeling. In fact, she said she “could live here if my home wasn’t in Illinois.” We were only two but this space is phenomenal for groups of 2-12, or more.Less than 10 minutes from the Mayo, in an extremely quiet neighborhood Mom’s House has many modern updates with the homespun feel of going to “Grandma’s” house. Games galore for kids/adults of all ages. The entire basement is such an incredible Rec Room!!! The small, well thought out touches are just unbelievable. Cannot recommend this home enough!!!

This property is a true gem! My husband and I stayed while we were at the Mayo Clinic for a few days. We found the property to be very clean and well thought out. The beds were very comfortable. The towels and linens were nice and everything we needed for our stay was provided. We were both very impressed with the little details the host had provided. The property is as advertised. We will definitely chose this property again when in Rochester!

Lovely space for my family

We loved this house! Very very clean, well organized. Beds were so comfortable. We were visiting Mayo for testing. It was very close by and a good respite for between appointments. House had everything we needed and I would highly recommend!
