不满意：清洁度、员工和服务、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
This used to be a nice hotel. However, I will never stay here again. The bathroom was dirty. There was no extra toilet paper and no tissues. I went out to the front desk to ask for extra towels and was told they didn’t have any. The front desk clerk said he would have to wash the ones I had and give them back to me.
Then I try to go to bed and people are screaming at each other out in the hall and allowing their children run up and down the halls. Not to mention, once they realized I had a dog, they would tease her through the door. After having to listen to this until 2 in the morning, I finally called the front desk and told the guy if he didn’t take care of this situation, I would call the police.
To top it off, I check out the following morning (I was booked for 2add’l days). The girl offers me a refund, however the manager won’t be in until 9. She states she will discuss with the manager and call me. At 11 am, I call the hotel and ask to speak to her. The guy says she has stepped out. I ask to speak with the manager, and guess who the manager is? She is! I say I will call back. I do so, and she is still out of the office. However, the guy states, they discussed my situation and I need to call Expedia for the refund.
As the saying goes, you get what you pay for!
