Moment we walked in, there was a lady complaining about blood on her sheets. Then we get to our room, and it is outdated and a bit grimey. The water pressure in the sink was all off and some outlets didn't work. I am convinced this place got it's stars for it's spa maybe, but certainly not for the rooms. Disappointing.

The front desk staff was so amazing! I was little bummed that I was only stayed for a night but enjoyed every second. The live band was such a treat after a long work day and everyone was so helpful. I will definitely be visiting them again in the future for a longer stay!

The hotel doesn’t have any cleaning staff and don’t provide this service which is annoying. They should clearly mark it on the advertisement. Living 4 days without getting your room cleaned is very filthy.

The staff were uniformly helpful, caring and courteous. Meals were subpar and in terms of variety and food options. The brunch was far beneath my expectations in terms of food choices and variety. And breakfast was similarly poor - no dry cereal and no fresh fruit or berries. No oatmeal porridge. The hotel policy not to change the bed linen or make the beds for the duration of my stay was unbelievably substandard. One of the elevators had a crumbly foreign material on the floor in significant quantities and there was no attempt made to remove it or clean the dirty carpet for the 3 days I was there.

I stay at this location for convenience to my company facility in the area. However, the last few stays have been less than what I had previously experienced. The last time I stayed, the TV was not working and the room next to me was troublesome. I contacted the front desk, and they eventually got the room next door to quiet down at a reasonable time. Also, the TV did not work and despite efforts, they could not get it to work. Same with this stay. The TV did not work, and the front desk mentioned there was no "engineer" on site at that time and that when they arrived, they would send them up. I never heard back from anyone.

The first room we were given had a very loud humming noise in it, we went down to front desk and they moved us to another floor with a better view. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and it was nice and quiet and finished off with a drink in the bar.

For the property to charge resort fees, the stay sure wasnt resort quality. Doors look like they are always open, so worn and ancient. Hallways, this hotel seems to never have had renovations. Bathrooms caucing needed work. But for it being so far from downtown, but close to getting on the road back to nyc was the only draw for me!

The elevators were out the day we arrived and only one was available the next two. We were on the 6th floor. Very inconvenient! A female manager helped me to get up the stairs with our luggage. That was nice.

I like the proximity to my home office (employer) right across the street when I travel. What I don’t like about the property is that the hotel is in an old building and the rooms are not kept up for a hotel that tends to cater to working traveling professionals. Halls are musty and smelly at times. Shower door removed from bathroom as part of ‘remodel’ - replaced by shower curtain full of orange mold at bottom. Pros: always a comfortable sleep. Free Starbucks cup of coffee. Staff is always super friendly and accommodating.
