“I had a great experience during my stay! Juanita at the front desk was incredibly helpful and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. I also want to give a special shout-out to the lady overseeing breakfast (I'm so sorry I didn’t catch her name — older, white, with blonde/light brown hair and glasses). She was wonderfully attentive and genuinely kind. She kept apologizing for the oven issue that caused a delay with the bacon, but honestly, she didn’t need to — her care and attention more……

“The person at the desk was brand new and had to wait for his co-worker to return from being elsewhere. It took at least 5 minutes for her to arrive. The hotel is undergoing renovations, so the pool and gym were unavailable during my visit. The room appeared to be clean, but was a little dated. Everything functioned as needed, but I did not use the television. It was by far the smallest TV that I have seen in a modern hotel. Breakfast was available, and for the most part was sufficient.
