“This beautiful lakefront property is suited for a family, not 2 couples. Everything is as described in the listing. Directions to get to the property were perfect, it is a little tucked away. Facilities were excellent and plenty of clean sheets and towels. We were probably the first renters of the season, we had to clear quite a few cobwebs on the outdoor furniture. Otherwise an excellent place for a small family. ”

“Nice house, plenty of space, beautiful neighborhood with great bird song if that's your thing. Hot tub was definitely a huge draw and we loved it. Only detracting one star because something went wrong with the fridge. It stopped putting out cold air after we arrived. No idea why as no one did anything that could have damaged it, especially not the compressor. Luckily we didn't need it much so it all worked out. ”

“The pics absolutely do not do this place justice. Chris is an amazing host, and helped us out with a last minute change of plans. This is a really nice houseboat, and the highlight of our trip. It was clean and well stocked with amenities. We traveled to Olympia with another family who was staying at a rental nearby and they were so jealous when they saw where we got to stay... “We enjoyed our visit to Centralia for a local baseball tournament. The house gave us plenty of room and allowed us to eat in for several meals. The proximity to the tournament and restaurants gave us lots of flexibility. Despite warm outside temps the house remained comfortable inside. “The stay here was very peaceful and relaxing. We loved watching the ducks and ducklings, the geese and their goslings, and the deer meandering through the property. The house was clean, tidy, and well labeled and stocked. We wish we could have stayed longer. While overall it was a great stay, the description of beds is a bit confusing. “The bed was the most comfortable bed we've experienced with VRBO and the shower was also fantastic. We only used the kitchen for coffee in the morning and were gone throughout the day so the small kitchen amenities did not concern us. The host is a very nice family. “My husband, adult daughter, 2.5 year old grandson and I stayed two nights at this conveniently located house. It is small but functional and comfortable. We had quick, clear communication with the host. We could walk to the waterfront and Capitol Lake. We appreciated having a carport space and there was also street parking. As mentioned in other reviews the beds were comfortable but the bedroom furniture was basic. We found the house to be good value and it suited our needs. ”
