“I suggest and recommend that the hotel should provide an alarm clock in the room. Also, they should provide some hand towels in addition to the bath towels.”

“Water in the bathrooms and toilets were not available at all times. Cleanliness was also an issue as all rooms were not properly clean. The ceiling fans were very noisy when on use and was a huge disturbance during the sleep hours”
