Reasonably Priced Lakefront House

The house is towards the end of a dead end road so it was very quiet and secluded. We never used the canoe but it is there and they provided life vests. Watkins Glen is such an easy drive south and there is plenty of wineries in close proximity to the property. There is AC units in two of the bedrooms upstairs and one in the living room which all worked. When the doors are all shut, the third bedroom does get a little hot but they provide a fan which helps with that! Overall I definitely recommend this property. It has such an incredible view of the lake for a pretty reasonable price!

Beautiful lake views!

Beautiful front porch. House is comfy and well stocked (towels and kitchen). Lots of wineries close by but we were having too much fun at “home” to check them out. :)

Lake Breezes

Great five day get-away with a cottage right on the lake. We ate out, hiked the Glen, did wine tasting, swam in the lake, canoed and relaxed on our private dock. Thank you Dave for making us feel so welcome!

Very clean with new dock

It was very clean and the new dock is really nice. Just right for four adults and two kids or two adults and four kids. There was a lot of activity when we were there due to a family reunion at two camps on each side of us. Not much privacy.

Great home!

Everything was lovely! House was stocked with essentials. Only minor complaint was that there were only 2 A/C units in the house so 2 of the bedrooms were extremely hot for a couple of evenings - but then the weather cooled down and it was fine. I had a fantastic stay by the lake. Thank you so much!
