“The house is beautiful, clean and cozy. When we arrived, the heat had been set to 65, it was quite cold. It did take a while to warm up as it's radiant heat (in the floors). Could have used a few more necessities in the kitchen. The game room offers hours of endless fun. ”

“Our group had a great stay here, the home is more beautiful than the pictures. Watkins Glen was only ~20 minutes away. We didn't get the chance to go down to the lake but the view was great. “We so enjoyed our stay, especially given there were no near barking dogs or misbehaving children (we are empty nesters). The property though, needs to have the addition of a TV and DVD movie selections. We brought a portable DVD player with us. This could be easily added to the lower level room. There were a number of items that needed repair, but did not interfere with our stay. The intensity of "house rules" being frequently deluvered via text and email, felt overwhelming and somewhat……

We stayed here as a family supporting a cousins graduation and we're so impressed with the set up of the house , how many amenities it had to offer, and the absolutely beautiful view of the lake! It is such a cozy house and is Everything you need to cook and enjoy a stay away from home! Though it looks modest outside the house, it is huge and can hold so many guests. It is a beautiful property and we hope to stay again in the summer to enjoy the lake! ”
