“Place was clean and the bed was comfortable. The stairs were steep but manageable for us older folks.”

“House is fine and furnished everything we needed. However, there was No living area downstairs with a TV for the group to enjoy watching TV (ballgames and such) only in in a room upstairs that has 2 sofa beds that we needed for sleeping too. House is dated and needs some small repairs but those repairs did not hamper our stay. Beds are as follows since I found VRBO description confusing. I queen in bedroom downstairs 2 queens in another bedroom downstairs Two twin beds ina very small bedroom……

“Husband and I spent a quick weekend gateway - the property was beautiful and the old farmhouse absolutely gorgeous. The host was friendly and made check in and out seamless as possible. We will definitely be back! ”

“Love to the location. Needed to stay near the courthouse and this was perfect. House was comfortable. The master bathroom had hair and dirt on the floor. There were dried contact lenses in the guest room both on top of the dresser as well as in the top drawer of the nightstand. I could understand how someone cleaning would miss looking in the drawer, but one was sitting directly on top of the dresser which means there wasn't looked at or wiped down! Other than that it was a great stay.”

“I originally needed a trip Oct. 2023. Due to unfortunate circumstances, We had to move our dates. I called Wayne and he immediately pushed our dates out. I needed early check-in as our arrival time was early morning and their check-in was 4:00 pm. I called the night before, he charged me the early check-in fee and done. When we arrived the apartment was spotless and welcoming! The only downside was the area. I wouldn't leave after dark with the kids. The outer area is skeptical. This would not……

“This was our second time staying at the historical home. This year we had 10 people, last year we had 17 total! There is plenty of space for our family and we love all of the charm and character. The owners are super nice and very responsive. We will definitely be back again! ”

“This nice apartment is a great walking distance from downtown Bowling Green with restaurants and fun nearby. Overall it was clean but kitchen minimally appointed and no hairdryer or soap. Minor details but still a good rent for the money. ”

“This property was a short drive to the caves and water park and was very quiet. There was another group that stayed in the larger home closer to the street and we wouldn’t have known they were there had we not seen their cars. We got to enjoy the pool before they arrived which was nice. We’d forgotten our beach towels, but they were provided by the property owners. We were surprised with home made cupcakes which was a nice touch . All-in all we really loved this stay and would stay again.”
