1880s textile mill building converted into condo units. Located close to golf courses in Southern Pines and Rockingham. Very close to restaurants and local shopping. 1.5 hours from RDU airport (Raleigh-Durham International Airport) and Charlotte, NC.

US open golf stay
Stayed for a week to go to pinehurst to watch tournament. Although 30 minutes away, we probably got there sooner than those staying in pinehurst as there was no traffic. Nice quiet location on a lovely lake. Comfy ambiance in unique setting. Host was super helpful and always available for questions. Had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend!

Awesome, zen-like condo on a lake
I rented this condo for a week on a business trip and it felt as if I was on vacation. The condo is in an old renovated mill right on top of a small lake. The wooden ceilings feature large beams with large wooden posts going up to meet. Five two-story windows view the lake and sky. Modern kitchen. To top it all off, the condo has its own deck and dock to watch the abundance of birds dance around the lake. Great stay!
