I booked four rooms for my family at Accra Beach hotel for four nights. Two of those nights I did not have a working shower. I only realized this the following day (took a morning shower), and the response to this was quite slow, to say the least. It was only after I returned from errands on my third night that this was address by putting me in another room. Beyond the issue with the show, I found other things to be a bit outdated (soap dishes in all our room were rusty and moldy, for example). Rooms were also not cleaned consistently, and soap, lotion, etc. were not replenished. I was grateful for the gentleman who was attentive and understanding of my issue (especially concerning the shower). To note, no refund nor discount was offered.
Aside from this I have many positive things to share about our family's time in Barbados. I would most definitely return to the island, but not to this hotel.
