The unit was wonderful, and the little touches really made it special, such as spare toiletries, beach chairs (and towels!), and a couple of decks of cards when we decided to call it a day a little early. “This property was clean with all amenities which is so helpful. The bed was so comfortable,. We had to use the sofa bed which we had to make up. We had to look for sheets which took some time, eventually I found some in a bag under a chair. They were in a clear plastic bag with 2 pillows and a blanket it was perfect. “Amazing! Every detail of the post office was so well thought out! It felt like staying in a cozy house museum. We couldn’t believe the garden area either. My kids never wanted to leave- and are still asking when we can go back. (Just a note- my 3 year old did need to be carried on the stairs due to their ladder-like structure). “We’ve stayed here multiple times and keep coming back. The place is very spacious, very well equipped, and tastefully decorated. The location provides ready access to the Farnsworth Museum, local galleries and several great restaurants. We came this year for the Lobster Festival which is a 5 minute walk from the unit. It’s the first time we came during a very hot stretch. The owners were kind enough to provide a portable cooling unit that kept the apartment comfortable. We hardly recommend!”
