Beautiful location; bad neighbor
This property is beautiful and has a great view and location. The neighbor upstairs is a tenant and left their dog alone howling for three nights. Atlantic homes was very responsive. When tenant came home they were very noisy starting late evening around 9-10pm. There doesn’t seem to be any sound barrier between floors so we heard every noise. They also turned their back light on and it illuminated our deck and bedroom when we were going to bed. We lost a week of sleep, but had a great time in Rockport and surrounding area. One other note is that the furniture is very uncomfortable - especially on the deck. If you plan to hang out and enjoy the view, you should bring your own deck chairs. We wished we had packed our zero gravity chairs.
